Old Mutual DOES NOT care!!

Over the last year I contributed R4800 towards an OLD MUTUAL RA, with an advisor Lea, who said that the portfolio is overseen and managed by a senior and respected fund manager. In the last year the value of my RA has almost halved, and I requested to withdraw the full amount being under R7000. This was done with a 21 day turn around time promise, as per OM email. It has now exceeded this time frame, including the weekends and public holidays... Your service in the call centre is appalling with the consultants ending the call when I start asking questions... I will never ever have any good word to say about how badly you managed my money, or your ********** service. Is this how you TREAT CLIENTS FAIRLY???
