Old mutual does it again!!!!

I requested a RETIREMENT ANNUITY policy and was sold a "savings for retirement" policy. The sales agents are either not trained in the product they are selling or they are trained very well to sell customers the incorrect products. I has sent emails to have this corrected, or at least help me change to the correct investment policy with no avail. I have sent emails and called only to be transferred from pillar to post. One should never bother with the "call me" option on their website. It's only applicable to sales calls. I am highly disappointed with their service and will be advising everyone I can reach not to even consider taking any of their products.
