OLD MUTUAL DOES IT AGAIN!!!

I have had lots of problems with Old Mutual over the years when it comes to feedback, sorting out enquiries and assisting timeously. Whenever I have a problem with a policy, I get scared coz I know that this is going to be a big mission to get Old Mutual to sort this out. I had a Retirement policy with Old Mutual in 2014 which I cancelled the same year. I received confirmation that the policy had been cancelled. My premiums to Old Mutual gets directly deducted from my payslip. I went through my payslip 2 months ago and i realised that the premiums has still been paid to Old Mutual and Old Mutual has not refunded any premiums. I contacted the offices to enquire about this and they confirmed again that the policy has been cancelled and that the total premium should only be R371.72. Old Mutual is receiving a toal of R583.72 from my salary every month and has not refunded any R212 to date. I contacted a lady called Melissa at Old Mutual on Tuesday, 1 March and she promised to get back to me. To date no feedback. I contacted Old Mutual again today and spoke to Siska and she asked me to send an e-mail to old mutual explaining my story. Im getting so tired of this.
