Old mutual do no follow correct legal actions, after I laid a complaint about prescribed debt to Transunion union, they denied it with no proof and started sending me threatening sms. “You have acted in a violation matter, You need to make payment urgently “ and debt collections started calling me even when I told them I am still waiting for response from credit Ombadsman they went as far as going to court while the matter was under investigation and listed a judgment against my name. Old mutual are very bad for business they will do any ******* procedures just to cover ever cent. Furthermore they will change the dates on original statement just to say the debt is not prescribed. Be warned. Old mutual is very bad for business.
