Old Mutual dissatisfaction

I processed a money-out claim with them on Monday. Tuesday I got the confirmation text that the money would be in today (Friday). I called in this morning to confirm this and the consultant told me that latest is 13:00. No money has come in even after the escalation I requested. So disappointed because I have never received bad service from Old Mutual in all the years that I've been dealing with them.
