Old Mutual disgusting, unhelpful and ***********

Old Mutual is a terrible insurer, it has been 6months since waiting for them to pay for a death claim. They have just been delaying unnecessarily to a point where they even threatened to close the claim because they don't want to payout the policy benefits.

I would advise people not to take out any policies with Old Mutual because of the horrible service your loved ones will experience at the event of your death.

They will look for any reason to delay and drag matters.
