Old Mutual disgusting treatment

I have been trying to disinvest my funds from Old mutual and i have been in contact with my financial advisor who is not really helping matters as well as one Mr Hughes who has been requesting supporting documents and the kast one i submitted almost a month ago and i havent had any response as to what is taking long with them not even a word even my advisor Mr Manyemba is helping alot,when i try to ask through WhatsApp since im now abroad or emails im just being blueticked only...such a big company with this kind of service is really shameful and pathetic
