Old Mutual disgusting service.

After having 3 old mutual ensurances from 2014, I have just received the most desrespectful service and I not imagine. Firstly it took 5 calls to get me to the correct department. Upon landing up in the correct department eventually. The consultant was very rude to an extreme level he even refused to give me his name and surname. You have made it easy for me to look at other alternatives after so many years without claiming. Enjoy my contributions made for all these years.
