Old mutual disgusting service

Worst service ever

I submitted a request for a withdrawal from my savings or investment from Old mutual which I wanted to use for my uncles funeral.

The funeral was about a week away and I received an sms confirming my request saying it would take 3 working days for me to get the money which was fine as I would have 3 days as well before the funeral to help out and buy stuff.

It's been 7 days now and the funeral is tomorrow and still no money from Old mutual and their call centre is useless, I was put on hold for 30 minutes and got cut off.I tried calling again 5 more times with no help no answer.

I'm very disappointed with old mutual service very very very bad service and this is no way to treat clients.
