Old Mutual disaster

I tried to get a retirement annuity policy that was due to be paid out arranged .

What a nightmare . Old Mutual your call centres are pathetic ! One holds on for hours just to be directed to the wrong department or disconnected .

I am now eventually going into one of your offices to see if I can’t see a HUMAN BEING who can help me .

I will not do any further business / life / RA products etc with Old Mutual . I hat a frustrating experience.
