Old mutual disappointment.

I am so disappointed in Old Mutual. My father was a loyal police holder, including his pension fund was with Old Mutual for over 30 years. Sadly my father passed away 3 weeks back. Knowing he had a funeral policy with Old Mutual we thought we were in save hands. After submitting all form to claim for the funeral, it was promised 48H we would have the money in our account to have a funeral my father deserve. It is over three weeks now, not a single word or sent from Old Mutual. We had to beg an borrow to lay my father to rest. What would have happend to my father if we did not manage to sc**** a few rands together, probably would have still be in a freezer somewhere. This caused so much pressure on our family, and contributed to more unnecessary trauma. This is the worst service and unprofessional company we had to work with. We will be sure to invest my father's pension fund at a institute that is taking there investors and policy holders serious.
