Old mutual disappointment

I have been trying to get assistance from old mutual with regards to the revival of my policy and so far, still nothing. i have had the policy for more than 5 years and missed one premium payment and, was told that i could revive it which i have been trying since may. the call center agents can't assist, the people who can assist only email you and don't reply back when you email them.

I would really appreciate that as i have been a loyal customer and don't want to switch to another insurance company. please traet this as a matter of urgency as i am currently without a funeral cover for myself and my family
