Old Mutual disappointing me as a customer😭😭😭😭Bad Service

I'm a very disappointed customer, I've been with Old Mutual for over 10 years. missed my premiums for only 3 months and I've been crucified for that, lost my mom on the 30th July this year and on their side they said I haven't been paying them from 2020 and to my surprise I only missed premiums for 3 months and it was 2023 and went back to ask them to deduct the money they told me they can't I must go deposit and send proof to them. I told the assistant I can't since these no banks where I work. but they kept debiting the normal premiums, when my mom passed, they only gave me R755 imagine. 😢😢😢 tjo I've never seen such cruelty, not even a phone call from them. Old Mutual is robing us as customers but keep taking our money. I even have a cash back from the policy I've received it twice that shows I've been with them for more that 10 years, they could have deducted the premiums that I owe them and did a funeral for my mom. but no for them she deserved to be buried with R755 in cash who buries with that kind of cash. I had to get donations from family members to bury my mom, I'm very disappointed.
