Old Mutual delivers shocking service

Whatever you do, do not use Old Mutual for life insurance. Their service is the worst ever!! For a month now I have been trying to amend my current two policies with no luck. Ryan De Lilley is probably the most *********** person I have dealt with. I have send numerous emails to him and to ***. They just send a email with a reference number, followed by another email a week later stating that if I do not confirm, then changes will not be made, to which I confirm, then they send another email stating that they received request with yet another reference number, followed by the same confirmation email a week later. And so the circle continues. In the mean time I am still paying the higher than what I should installment. I can most definitely not recommend them. I have been a client with them for over ten years, and this is how they treat you.
