On Monday, 25 May 2020, I app**** for a life policy to be paid out. On 29 May 2020, without any delay, extra communication, or any effort to delay the process, I was notified that the money got paid into my account today already. Contrary to Sanlam that has a delayed process of 17 pages application, asking the same questions and irrelevant questions and information, including certified application form!
