Old mutual deliberately dont communication in order for policies to lapse so they can resell....and not payout

On 21May2025 they offered a pay up with a due date on 7June my mom passed and when I opted to do the pay up they told me pay up means lapsed but they even called me today to reinstate and offer a service they failed to do in the first place. Old mutual deliberately allow policies to lapsed so they dont have to pay out....stay away invest your money elsewhere....
