Old Mutual delays on Max Investment payments

I had Max Investment with old mutual,after I received bad service I decided to terminate the policy in April at Mitchell plain branch I have been doing follow up since today no payment has been made. Each and every time I call the call centre's they said its authorise the money is going to disburse in few days.30 May I was in Mutual branch they promised to do follow for me till today the money didn't disburse on my account and now I am depressed because it's more than a month now I cancel policy
