Old Mutual delaying payout

We submitted a claim in July for my late dad's South African Retirement Annuity Fund (SARAF), Policy number ***3. It's now October and we haven't received any feedback, correspondence or the payout from Old Mutual. My dad past away in 2014, the retirement fund matured last year (2020), we made the claim in July 2021 and yet it's taking them forever just to get back to us. My mom has sent them emails but they don't reply , we have visited our local branch , they are also waiting for feedback from head office in Cape Town. I would honestly like to know how much longer do we have to wait to hear from Old Mutual and to receive our payout. It seems like they are purposely delaying the whole thing and ignoring emails .
