Old Mutual delaying paying back my money

I had a life policy with Old which I cancelled back in Oct .On cancellation they owed me money which they said they'll be able to pay me as soon as I submit all the relevant documents such as much proof of address and a copy of my ID. I submitted those documents three months ago and I'm still waiting for my money. Every time I go to an Old mutual office I'm told that the system says I have outstanding documents but when I call the call centre to find out which of these documents are missing they say there are no outstanding documents and the money will be paid in the next 48 hours , but this payment never happens.<br> <br> Can someone please sort this out I have run out of patience and have been messed around for too long.
