Old Mutual Delay Tactics an ongoing fight for your own policy payout.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my Mother in law who has been given the run around by Old Mutual on policies which they are suppose to be paying out to her after the passing of her husband. And to this date nothing has been done. She first visited the offices in November where Rochelle had assisted her, told her to wait 21days for the payout. a full 2months! passed and she enquired once more, only to find out that the paperwork had been lost (this is with out informing us). We were then told to email the documents this time to Rashida Bawa, and here we are yet another month and nothing has been paid out. With all that has happened over the passed 3 months including the loss of her husband, having to fight for something she is wholly entitled to is disgusting , especially in the midst of having to deal the ever more growing bills and debts that should have been settled with the policies - a wish given from a husband to a wife.

Old Mutual should be ashamed, and if I you are reading this now I say put your moneys else where, if you intend to leave it to a loved one.
