OLD MUTUAL DEINVESTMENT WITHDRAWAL PROCESS DELAYED

I went to withdraw earlier on the 4th April on my wealth planning account, i was told the turn around time its 15 working days, post now i am still awaiting it’s frustrating me, because I need the money before the 27th…I am not impressed because I was misleaded with incorrect information on turn around times, CAN I PLEASE GET URGENT ASSISTANCE can the funds be released before the 30th
