Old Mutual de*****ing me off my inheritance

My mother drafted here will with one of their brokers she passed away last year in August I was contacted by a man from Cape Town head office to inform me off an investment my mother had worth over R200.000 I gave him our broker's details telling him he is handling the estate.Early this year my broker called to inform me that they hired an attorney to help me with estate cause it will be costly if we continue with Old Mutual and all of sudden he doesn't remember the name of the caller from Cape Town Head Office and that man assured me the investment was taken in 2006,I went to Cape Town in July to enquiry about it the only thing I found was an endowement policy that my mother took out in 1995 and I was only pair R4500. My issues is the estate is finalised and the lawyer says I won't get my inheritance because the funds are finished.I want to them to send me a record of all my mother's policies and investments from her commencement with them even the ones she surrendered.These people sell stuff to our parents and forget to explain the fine prints
