Old mutual de*****ed me

Old mutual has been deducting money from my Persal without my consent for years. I found that out this year in February and I went to the Pretoria Paul Kruger branch to enquire. I was told I had retirement annuity with them of which I had never taken out such policy. I asked them to refund me my money and terminate the ********** policy. To date I haven't received my money back. They requested me to give them my Sars number and bank statement and I did. Back then in February I was told my money was about R1400.
