Old Mutual Deduction from pension

Shocking service!!! What a disgrace Old Mutual! I've tried calling them in behalf of my pensioner mother who is partly deaf, firstly I held on for almost 20 minutes, I'm not sure who answered because their line was so bad if sounded like he was cutting in a tunnel! Eventually after not getting anywhere because of not being able to hear he put the phone down.

I would like to know why have you Old Mutual deducted, rounded off R4550 from my mother's pension?? She has not received any correspondence nor notice of the deduction which has caused her tremendous stress. Why??? I've sent an email to Pencare with no response. Shame on you Old Mutual is this how you treat our pensioner??
