Old Mutual deducting incorrect debit order amount

Old Mutual has been deducting the incorrect amount for my policy the last three months. After several follow up's, the only feedback I receive from Wendy Arthur, Broker account Manager Cape Region is that she has emailed Head Office to correct it but she is getting no feedback.
