Old mutual debiting twice

I have been calling and calling old mutual with regards to them deducting 3 of my policies twice and was informed they are having debit order issues..they deducted on the 25th and again the 29th..when you call the old mutual group scheme you have to hold on the line for 2 hours for a consultant to say they are working on it .till today ..what's worse they deduct 3 of the policies yet I have 4 the other one they do not deduct..I am getting really frustrated as they said I must not go reverse the 2nd deduction and instead wait but they keep deducting on the day I haven't authorized hence now a double deducting and no communication is made.
