Old mutual debit people's accounts without permission

<p>Surprise surprise i woke up this morning(16/02/2017) to a notification on my cellphone which states that R5000.00 has been debited from my bank account. I tried to call my bank call centre which didn't answer then i asked permission from my workplace to rush to the bank, when i got there i was informed that it is old Mutual which made that debit. I demand my money back from these ******* and i feel sorry for the clients of this organisation. Can i also have a document/copy of contract showing that i took a policy with this company. I have never signed or agreed to any policy or insurance cover with old mutual and i will never do. Even if i wanted an insurance policy what will i take for R5000? What kind of organisation does this? If i were their client i would say maybe they made a mistake with a debit amount but if i am not even their client How did my details land in their system? clearly they **** people i dont believe this</p>
