Old Mutual debit order quiry

<p>I sent the following query via email to Old Mutual on 16/05/2016:</p> <p>"Good morning</p> <p>Please combine all my debit orders as 1 debit order & if debit order date falls on weekend please debit on Friday not after my pay day.</p> <p>My ID number is 811 ********** 080"</p> <p>But Carin Coerecuis response was as follow on 18/05/2016:</p> <p>"We have combined the premiums as per request.</p> <p> If the debit order date falls on the weekend, we will only debit the Monday and not the Friday."</p> <p>I then forwarded the following:</p> <p>"Good day</p> <p>If the debit order date falls on the weekend, I requested you to debit on Friday not on Monday it will late.</p> <p>I know that Old Mutual Life Assurance Company (SA) Limited has NEDO System and it has been done last week Friday for 1 of my policies.</p> <p>Or forward this query to the superior."</p> <p>On 17/010/2016, I noticed that my debit orders were not combined & I forwarded them the following email:</p> <p>“Good morning</p> <p>As per email below & email attached Old Mutual hasn’t fulfil my request.</p> <p>Can you please send me Manager’s email address or I’m talking this to press & to hello peter.”</p> <p>Please assist me</p> <p> </p>
