Old mutual debit order cancellation for policy

I received a call from a person from old mutual who convinced me to take out a retirement policy at R2500pm which I did. I have since paid this amount for 2 months = R5000, but I have never received any documentation from old mutual to verify that I have a policy with them. Nothing to prove I have this policy, but my money is being debited. I would like to cancel this s policy and my money returned, but emails to "***" is blocked for some reason, and I'm wondering if this is a ****.
