Old Mutual Death Claims - is anyone there?

We have been trying to have a death claim paid by Old Mutual for 3 MONTHS following the submission of the "Letter of Executorship" that was needed (Ref # Old Mutual Enquiry --CCC***0--). Since then we have had NO response to many email requests for feedback or an idea as to when the widow will receive her much needed funds to live on. Even emails to Old Mutual complaints department go unanswered hence having to resort to Hellopeter with the hope that this will be resolved. Thanks, Bruce
