Old mutual death claim

Well lost my dad Jan this year and I had to make claims there to get the little my dad left me, they told me to bring documents, I brought them they told me about investigating ever since , every time I go there I get no help! And what’s sad is that I have 3 siblings I have to support via school and home things, as I am the oldest I have no job right now and it’s dec now we have no Christmas all thanks to them!
