Old mutual death claim
<p>I submitted my claim on 10 June 2016 with all required documents. Everytime when i phone to ask about my claim Old mual keeps on telling me that the money will be paid this afternoon. The 48 hours they promised turned to 8 days</p>

When viewing our records I can see that our Branch requested the cover amount to be verified and this took a bit longer than they anticipated.
The claim was processed today and attached is proof of this payment. It takes approximately two to three working days for the funds to reflect in your bank account.
