Old mutual customer service stinks

I walked into Old Mutual Pavillion there were 5 people(customers) seated i was not sanitized or greeted, instead i was left to stand at the door as the consultants walked around ignoring us. Eventually after 10 minutes or so i walked to the consultant i could see and asked is there a line i can follow? To which gis reply was sit down somewhere someone will give u a number.

I sat down but nobody came to give me anything and eventually after like another 10 minutes i asked is anyone going to help us to which i was told to wait and then a consultant come to the front asking everyone whos 1st???

As i sit here there is now a que outside and nobody to help us
