Old Mutual Customer Service - Pathetic
I requested to withdraw my funds from my policy on the 18th November. I provided OM with all the required documentation. I have logged complaints on the website, called their HQ to get an update, called the customer service line and waste 30 minutes each time hoping for someone to pick up. Its approaching 30 days since I requested this.
