Old Mutual customer service is terrible

I have been struggling to cancel an income protector at Old Mutual since the middle of November 2024. They finally acknowledged that they cancelled it but the premium still went off my bank account. After 4 phone calls yesterday they cancelled my life insurance policy😡😡😡 I spend how long again on the phone and have not got anywhere
