Old Mutual Customer Service is Pathetic

This company is useless at managing a Retirement Annuity (RA). The financial advisor that they have assigned me to, does not answer my messages, is *********** and disrespectful. I have tried on numerous occasions to discuss my investment, and he ignores my messages. That is pathetic customer service. I have been trying to move my RA to another financial services provider, but each time I do I am met with explanations from this financial advisor (whenever he does feel like getting back to me), that do not make sense. It is as if he just keeps evading me so that he can keep collecting fees and continue trying to hide his incompetence. I would advise no one to get an RA with Old Mutual. This company is useless.
