Old Mutual customer service is bad and staff is extremely rude

Had a bad experience with Old mutual. Submitted a claim on 24 April , after calling them many times . Yesterday I suddenly find out that I still had outstanding documentation. I am so upset. The worst is thier staff is *********** and rude and are not trained to deal with customers. Today I was told that my claim will be process only in 8 days even though the reason I am in this mess is their own doing. I am very dissapointed and I don’t even have faith that this claim will be process soon. This pathetic…… and the manage at the contact center did not give a damn. Shocked…..
