old mutual customer service by phone is non existent - beware

OLD MUTUAL client service is a circus , wait on the phone 27 minutes top spaeak to an un trained helpdesk who cant even send me an email regarding my policy ???? spoke to monica , on regarding my endownment , all i needed was the policy by email ?!!! 35 minutes of wasted time- should be ashamed ~!
