Old Mutual Customer Care Helpline

I recently had some difficulties trying to access a tax certificate on the Old Mutual website on behalf of an elderly relative, who finds this kind of thing too much of a challenge. It was complicated, for reasons which I won't go into, but the Customer Care Helpline was the most efficiently run helpline I have ever dealt with. It deserves a shout-out for being so well managed and accessible, and Oluvuyo Masiza, the lady who helped me (we were on the phone for over an hour!), was the most incredibly patient and competent person I have ever come across. She deserves a 100% Christmas bonus this year, as well as a promotion!
