Old Mutual ******

I've resigned from my previous employer and my pension fund withdrawal was completed. My previous employer showed me proof of the submission but Old Mutual refuses to release my money. They've been sending me from pillar to post. Their Whatsapp service is useless, they don't answer my calls, my emails are getting automated replies their online service is worthless and where I did manage to get a reply from a person, it's just to inform me that my previous employer did not submit my claim. I know my current employer is making use of these uncaring people and I will try my utmost to have my pension with another institution. If anyone thinks of making use of these people, my advice is to stay very far away. They couldn't care less about their customers. I'm cancel the few insurance covers I have for my loved ones as well because they've shown me how they are swindling people out of their hard earned money. Stay away from Old Mutual.
