OLD MUTUAL *****ERY

I was last employed in 2018 by a company called Fastrak logistics, I faithfully contributed towards my provident fund. it is now 2021 and to date I have not received my provident fund. for just over 3 years I have been told that this is how the liquidation process goes, the company is still up and running and some staff members i worked with are paid out, so OLD MUTUAL cannot give me a valid reason as to why I have not received my provident fund. there has mean endless calls and emails and basically automated email replies and that is where it stops. The lates since Monday 12 april 2021 I have been calling old mutual on a daily basis, where as soon as the agent takes my id number the agent then tells me they will have Aiysha(Manager) call me back, its been 4 days and still to date she does not call me back. Today i called 4 times and everytime Aiysha is apparently on another call. I dealt with agent Tandile today who again advised me that Aiysha is busy on a call and will call me back by 5pm. She apparently also emailed Zararina, OLD MUTUAL WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY PROVIDENT FUND after so many years- (angry)
