Old mutual crocks

I have funeral cover for my father I'm current unemployment, this thing starts last month normal old mutual they debit money before the 28th of the month then on the 28 when I get money they took it last month they didn't do that the do after, even this month they didn't this is how our insurance laps because of someone not doing they job and I won't pay for 3 months for some one didn't do they job I need help or they must refund me all the money I paid and go some where looking for my father insurance
