OLD MUTUAL CONTINUING WITH THEIR PATHETIC SERVICE

My debit order did not go through, through no fault of mine. The consultant that works with my account told me that Old Mutual does not allow their clients to pay via EFT. It is mind boggling that a corporate like Old Mutual refuses to work via EFT, surely using you contract number as a reference number via EFT should be MORE THAN ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!

JUST ENABLE YOUR CUSTOMERS TO PAY VIA EFT, THIS THE OLD MUTUAL WAY OR THE HIGH-WAY ATTITUDE IS GOING TO COST YOU CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
