Old Mutual consultants ( *****ing money from a 66 year mother)

Old Mutual consultants( Alexandra Mathews and others) don't want to give my mother who is 66 years an investment statement ever after the necessary call security check had been done.

they are rude, inconsiderate and they are not mindful of the fact that we use money for every call we make.

We(me and my mother) called in December 2018 requesting an investment from inception and the consultant ( Sandisasiwe Funda ) informed us that such statement is requested from the back office, she did the call security checks and informed us that she will request it and send it to us within 3 days 11 mothers letter no statement has been sent to us.

I called in again in August 2019 to request the same information we had requested mothers ago Alexandra Mathes(consultant at old mutual) rudely said that such statements can only be requested by us sending an email to him for security reasons, he continued to say no telephonic requests can be accepted for statement request. what ******* is that?

He then changed his statement that he needs an email to request for the statement when I informed him that what he is saying is a contravention of TFC.

If Old Mutual does not send us the statement I'm going to lay a formal complaint with the Ombuds for the incompetence, lack consistency, and wast of my mother's time.
