OLD MUTUAL CONSULTANTS ARE PATHETIC

OLD MUTUAL YOU ARE PATHETIC:( I had made a claim at Old Mutual of my Husband that passed away in 2008,I had documents that i needed to submit to receive the money.I submitted the documents at the above mentioned branch to Rijan Langvlat(not sure of the spelling)and was told that money will be in on Friday as i Submitted Tuesday the 13th.I then decide to call the Head Office Today to ensure all is in order to my surprise the consultant did not send through my documents to the Head Office I am my wits end as this money is extremely needed I am unemployed,just maybe because of that I am not valuable to the Old Mutual Consultants.I have been up and Down collecting these documents at my age,when i finally get everything the consultant does not care as this does not affect him in any way.

I am deeply hurt don't even have the strength to F I G H T
