Old mutual consultant telling me I have a problem(inkinga she says)

I was planning to save r1500 every month with old mutual and for some reason I had challenges and decided to close the account and I get penalised R580 on that R1500 imagine that much and I get assisted by one of their consultant named Mpho at Old mutual vosloorus.She gives me attitude telling me that I have a problem.she even says ngine nkinga in zulu.imagine.The manager comes try to apologies and says there is a system issue and I'm like why didn't Mpho say that instead of telling me I have a problem and she was servicing me slow deliberately bcos I told her that I'm running out of time because to go to the bank and fetch my statement.The receptionist was okay.It was just Mpho who probably told herself I will show her.she had that kind of an attitude.never will I open anything with old mutual.
