Old Mutual consult did listen to the consumers needs, she considered her personal gain first then of the costumer

My mother went t piet retief branch to open a saving account in January frm a female consultant who is at the last desk, the consultant did not offer my mother the product he wanted instead she considered her target n person goals first my mother is a teacher who is 55 years old all she wanted was t save R1000 each month fr Dec the consultant opened her a 10years investment account she made it clear t her that she wants the money Dec the consultant that ok mommy asked abt the withdrawal notice she said there no waiting period

Late last month whn she went t make a withdrawal that when she was told the investment is for 10 years in 5 years tym she is going on pension WHY would she save for that long??
