Old mutual consolidation loan sagga

<p>On the 7th of February 2017 I went to old mutual branch in Cape Town adderely street , to ask for my consolidation loan account number, so the receptionist put me on the phone with accounts department , which happened to be external attorneys called 'NCS',they gave me an account number then I went to pay onto that account R20 000, when I went back for acknowledgement of payment they put me on the phone with attorney handling the account who confirmed the receipt of payment but they said it will reflect on my account on then 20th of March. When I went there again they said the money still has not reflected on the account since then they have been giving me stories saying I paid the money (R20 000) into the wrong account number, which I got from the people they refered me to. The receptionist who refered me to the accounts department is Quonita and the account manager is Mariam. I'm not sure where else I should go now because I've lost R20 000 that was supposed to go my consolidation loan debt. </p>
