I comlained about a retirement annuity which took 2 months to be released to us because of bad communication between an Old Mutual consultant and SARS. Belinda Hunt from the Old Mutual complaints department contacted my husband and myself and sorted the problem out within 24 hours. She was sympathetic and extremely professionak and Old Mutual is very lucky to have her on board.
