OLD MUTUAL COMPLAIN

Good afternoon

Early December 2020 I went to Midlands mall Old Mutual Branch to cancel policy 69176P*** of which is deducting on my pay slip ( R 577,50) , on my payslip for December and January 2021 Old Mutual is still deducting money on my pay slip of which I have made cancellation early December 2020.

Reference Number received from *** : CCCNM***7 Reference number received from *** : GSENQ***

I want my money to be refunded on my bank F N B ***. R 1 155.00 Total for two months .

I have attached my Id, Confirmation letter from F N B, Pay slip ( December 2020 and January 2021 ) on both email I have attached on this review.

I hope this matter will be resolved as soon as possible.
